fix(transformer/arrow-functions): transform this and super incorrectly in async arrow function ( #8435 )

This PR is to solve the missing `super` transform in the async arrow function, and `_this = this` inserts to an incorrect place. These problems are all about the async arrow function, which is a part of the init of class property. Learn more at #8387 .
The output matches Babel's output except for static prop as Babel transforms incorrectly.

test(transformer/async-to-generator): failing test for async arrow function in class static block ( #8387 )

It's arguable whether we should support this, because async functions is ES2018 and class static blocks is ES2022. So there should not be any browser which needs async-to-generator transform, and not the static block transform too. And when class-static-block transform is enabled, this works fine.
But personally, I think we should support it, because:
1. We allow user to enable/disable arbitrary transforms via `TransformOptions`.
2. We support `this` in async arrow functions in class static blocks, so it makes sense to complete that support.
3. I don't think it should be too hard, as the framework for it is already there in the async-to-generator transform.

I want to start grouping all the different Formats for action X, Y and Z
into own place.
This is the first step and probably not the best one to be honest :)
~~I prefer that the `OutputFormatter` is a part of `oxlint` and not
`oxc_linter`~~
~~but all `use create::rules::RULES` is not public from outside.~~
EDIT: I pushed a commit with this changes can easily be reverted and
move back to `oxc_linter`
Also their is a crate `oxc_diagnostics` which has already the concept
too but only for the lint part of `oxlint` and not for the other parts.
The next goal would be splitting the `DiagnosticService` with its
reporters to `oxlint`.

fix(ast): fix ContentEq and ContentHash impls for literal types ( #8426 )

Fix implementations of `ContentEq` and `ContentHash` for literal AST types:
* `NullLiteral::content_hash` is a no-op, same as other types which only contain a `Span`.
* `NumericLiteral::content_eq` and `content_hash` ignore `base` field.
* `NumericLiteral::content_hash` works around `0.0 == -0.0`.
* `BigIntLiteral::content_eq` and `content_hash` ignore `base` field.
* `StringLiteral::content_hash` ignore `raw` field.
* `RegExpLiteral::content_eq` and `content_hash` consider 2 `RegExp`s to be equal if they are printed the same (regardless of whether they were parsed by `oxc_regular_expression` or not).
Additionally, implement `StringLiteral::content_eq` manually to avoid "special case" logic in `oxc_ast_tools`.

The `NonNull` shim in `oxc_data_structures` was just to emulate native APIs which only became stable in Rust 1.80.0. #8407 bumped our MSRV to 1.80.0, so now we can remove the shim and use `std::ptr::NonNull` directly.

refactor(ast): rearrange impls for literal types in same order as they are defined ( #8425 )

Pure refactor. Just move `impl StringLiteral` higher up in `ast_impl/literal.rs`, so the order of impls in `ast_impl/literal.rs` matches the order of type defs in `ast/literal.rs`.

feat(ast_tools): ignore raw field of NumericLiteral and StringLiteral in ContentEq ( #8417 )
...
We use `content_eq` in the minifier, where raw value can become `None`.
`raw` cannot be removed from other literals, they will always be equal otherwise.
