- Added `on_resize` callback method to `ResizabelPanelGroup`.
## Break Changes
- Remove `state` argument from `h_resizable`, `v_resizable` method.

- Removed `group` method from `ResizabelPanelGroup`, use `child`
instead.

`Panel`, `PanelView` and `DropdownButton`.
