Now we can be easy to add a menu item without define `action`, just use
`on_click` callback.
## Break Changes
- Removed complex methods: `menu_element_with_check_and_disabled`,
`menu_element_with_icon_and_disabled`, you can use `item` and
`PopupMenuItem` instead.
