chore(editors/vscode): Remove Prettier dependency entirely (#6480) 
Previous PR removed the Prettier commands
(https://github.com/oxc-project/oxc/pull/6412), but the prettier
dependency was not fully removed. This PR aims to remove the dependency
from package.json entirely.
