Boshen f059b0e655 fix(ast)!: add missing ChainExpression from TSNonNullExpression (#7377) 
closes #7375

* `foo?.bar!`
* `foo?.[bar]!`

`TSNonNullExpression` was not wrapped inside `ChainExpression`.
