This PR introduces two type alias to avoid the confusing const generic `pub struct Codegen<'a, const MINIFY: bool>`
* CodeGenerator - Code generator without whitespace removal.
* WhitespaceRemover - Code generator with whitespace removal.
Usage is changed to a builder pattern:

CodeGenerator::new()
.enable_comment(...)
.enable_sourcemap(...)
.build(&program);
```

fix(transformer): arrow function transform use UIDs for _this vars ( #3634 )

Change arrow function transform to use UIDs for `_this` vars, which can't clash with an existing binding.
I believe there are some problems with our current implementation, but have struggled to fix them due to weird interactions with TS transforms. Have added "TODO" comments, so we can return to this and fix them later on, once scopes in TS transforms are correct.

fix(transformer): JSX source calculate correct column when Unicode chars ( #3615 )

Fix column number in JSX source transform, and add tests.
It was correct in all cases, except for when a Unicode character with code point above `0xFFFF` appears earlier on the line.
Such characters are:
* 4 bytes in UTF-8.
* 2 characters in UTF-16.
* 1 `char` in Rust.
Babel (which we're trying to match) uses count of UTF-16 characters for column number, whereas we were using count of Rust `char`s.

`AstBuilder` only contains a shared ref `&Allocator`. So make it `Copy` and pass around `AstBuilder<'a>` instead of `&AstBuilder<'a>` - 1 less level of indirection.
Hopefully this will have little effect on benchmarks as all `AstBuilder`'s methods are marked `#[inline]`, but this change will minimize impact if compiler decides not to inline for some reason.

Checks for whether JSX transforms are enabled are on a hot path. Make them as fast as possible:
1. Only check a single bool.
2. Store flags directly in `self` rather than behind a reference.

fix(transformer): store react_importer in Bindings in JSX transform ( #3551 )

Fix a small bug in React JSX transform. If `import_source` is invalid, the default value `"react"` is used for JSX runtime imports. But for importing React alone, it was still using the old invalid value.
This also allowed removing `ReactOptions` from `Bindings` and just storing `is_development` instead.

refactor(transformer): combine import and usage in JSX transform ( #3540 )

React JSX transform contains some confusing logic (ported directly from Babel) where in automatic mode, imports are inserted in one place, and then used in another.
Logic for which imports are needed is duplicated in both places, and it's hard to figure out whether they're in sync or not (I don't think they are in all cases).
This PR unifies the logic in one place. Imports are now added as and when they're used.
The `Bindings` enum is responsible for creating imports and also holds the state of which "mode" the plugin is working in:
1. Classic
2. Automatic script
3. Automatic module
Combining the two choices classic/automatic and script/module into a single enum:
1. clarifies the logic
2. reduces branching
3. reduces lookups on `ReactJsx::options` (which is behind an `Rc` and therefore costly to read from).
