1. Before we only considering the ast is untouched, but considering the
scenario.
```js
const a = /*__PURE__*/ test(),
// ^^^ ^^^^^^ is removed during transform
b = a();
```
Then according to the previous algorithm, `PURE` will attach to `b =
a()`
2. Now, we try to attach comments as much as possible unless the
comments are separated by comments, for the case above, `PURE` will not
be attached to `a()` since the content between `b = a()` and `/*
__PURE__*/` is not all whitespace.
3. we added back `MoveMap`, for the special case
```js
/*__NODE_SIDE_EFFECTS__*/ export const c = 100;
// ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^ should be attached to first declarator,
// ^^^^^^ are not whitespace
```

Follow on after #4920 . #4920 removed a usage of `AstBuilder::copy` and replaced with 2 new methods `AstBuilder::move_identifier_reference` and `AstBuilder:: move_member_expression`.
We can instead use `AstBuilder::move_expression` earlier and then unpack the enum again. Hopefully the compiler can see that the 2 `unreachable!()` branches are indeed unreachable and elide them.
`move_expression` is preferable to `move_member_expression` as it only creates 1 temporary `Box<Expression::NullLiteral>` instead of 2.

I added the `move_identifier_reference` and `move_member_expression` methods used to take ownership in `ast_builder_impl`. This way can let us get rid of `ast.copy`.
Another possible approach is to add `get_expression_owner` to `SimpleAssignmentTarget` and a `get_inner_expression_owner` method to `Expression`. And add an `into_xxxxx` method for `inherit_variants` macro
The implementation looks like this

#4773 makes types like `Span` importable from `oxc_ast::ast`, so remove the imports from other crates in generated code.
I'm not sure why clippy's `wildcard_imports` rule was not being triggered for `use crate::ast::*;`, but add `#[allow(clippy::wildcard_imports)]` on these statements just to make sure.

fix(ast_macros): raise compile error on invalid generate_derive input. ( #4766 )

It checks 2 things. 1) The input is a supported derive 2) The given identifier is the same as the fully qualified target trait.
The latter makes sure that the trait for derive is included in the scope.
Part of #4704
Here's an expanded example of how we assert traits:
```rust
const _:() = {
{
trait AssertionTrait: ::oxc_allocator::CloneIn<'static> {}
impl<T: CloneIn<'static>> AssertionTrait for T {}
};
};
```
It makes sure `CloneIn` is the same as `::oxc_allocator::CloneIn` and more importantly requires the user to include the trait if they wish to use it with `generate_derive`.
It also provides LSP jump to definition.

After https://github.com/oxc-project/oxc/pull/4731#discussion_r1707526289 , I realized that I'm using `Self::Cloned` for enum derives. It was from my earlier attempts to resolve lifetime issues.
