Box `TSThisParameter` in `Function`, `TSMethodSignature` and `TSFunctionType`. I assume `function(this: Whatever) {}` is a fairly rare syntax in TS code, and obviously never occurs in JS code, so it takes up a lot of space in `Function` for this uncommon case.
This change reduces `Function` from 136 bytes to 104.

Change meaning of `level` passed to `TraverseCtx` from "levels above current" to "levels above parent". `ctx.parent()`'s equivalent was `ctx.ancestor(1)`, now it's `ctx.ancestor(0)`.
This prevents out of bounds read on `ctx.ancestor(0)` (UB), which was made possible by #5286 .

refactor(traverse): make Ancestor an owned type ( #5269 )

Make the `Ancestor` type used in `oxc_traverse` an owned type. Instead of `TraverseCtx::parent` returning a `&'t Ancestor<'a>`, it now returns an `Ancestor<'a, 't>`.
This allows `Ancestor` to be `Copy`.
The `'t` lifetime plays the same role in both cases - preventing any `Ancestor` from escaping from the `enter_*` / `exit_*` method in which it's obtained.
Same for the `*Without*` types which are `Ancestor` enum's "payloads". Any AST node references obtained from an `Ancestor` are also constrained by same `'t` lifetime - e.g. `&'t Statement<'a>`.

refactor(traverse): codegen ChildScopeCollector ( #5119 )

Codegen `ChildScopeCollector`, so that if more types have scopes added, we don't forget to add them (like the problem #5118 fixed).
The methods are in different order in the generated version, but otherwise identical to before this PR.
`visit_finally_clause` has to be added manually, as `oxc_traverse` codegen does not read or understand `#[visit(as)]` attrs.

The `clone_identifier_reference` method is used to clone an `IdentifierReference` and create a `Reference` and insert it to `SymbolTable`'s `resolved_references`.
The reason we need this is because we need to make sure that `IdentifierReference`'s `reference_id` is unique
