modal: Add confirm Modal with default Ok, Cancel buttons. (#558)

- Added `overlay_closable` method to Modal to control overlay click to
close modal.
- Added `on_ok`, `on_cancel` callback method.
- Added `confirm` to setup to use default confirm style (With a Ok,
Cancel button).

## Break Changes

- The `footer` method has been changed to with a fn not a element.
