blah38621_cp b699f3c4d6 Added support for Pbm, Pgm, and Ppm image formats. Also added a method in ImageManipulator to switch the Red and Blue values in an image, to work around an issue in the Lib being used for Pbm, Pgm, and Ppm image support.
