BassemMohsenFarid_cp e94a59c774 Now the FlatFileUpdater saves the solution file using the UTF-8 encoding instead of the ANSI encoding. This allows the solution to be opened in Visual C# Express by double-clicking the solution file. 
I also updated the flat solution file (Cosmos.Flat.sln).
