Special debug build using 4.05. Not included in builds, genec build it for us.

Was built with -DDEBUG=1 in mk/devel.mk

Emits debug data on COM1 at 115200 8n1.

To use replace mboot.c32 in the user profile areas, or change the config to use mbootdebug.c32.
