The following samples show the use of 'dynamic' MNG.
All samples show the mouse-enter/-move/-leave events. The first 2 samples use a simple box-mask. The third sample uses a 1-bit object-mask that matches the inner-circle of the button. The larger sample of the Australia map uses a 4-bit indexed mask-object to determine over which part of the map the mouse hovers.
