blah38621_cp	5fce44e58b	Added support for Vbp images. (A very obscure format :P) As well as added an ImageManipulator class, which is able to resize images, with currently one of 3 different algorithms, Nearest Neighbor, Bi-Linear, and Bi-Cubic. Support for more algorithms will be added in the future, same goes for image formats.	2011-08-05 02:55:53 +00:00
