Fixed test runner core dump handler.
Implemented debug engine core dump handler.
Added SendCoreDump calls for null reference, stack corruption and stack overflow exceptions.

- VBE (Bochs Graphic Adapter): made bitmap drawing faster using MemoryOperations.Copy
